Deleting your TuneUP account
Permanently remove your TuneUP account and what to do before you do it.
Before you delete
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so you aren't charged again.
- Download any invoices you need; they won't be available afterwards.
Delete
- Sign in on the website and open your profile.
- Go to the Danger Zone and click Delete Account.
- Confirm.
This can't be undone. Remaining Pro time, including Lifetime access, is lost with the account. You can keep using the Free version of the Windows app without an account.
