- Pro payment transaction IDs are stored for 30 days (invoice, name, e-mail).
- We never receive your card details.

- Anonymous usage statistics for product improvement.

Data We Do Not Process
- Files on your computer (photos, videos, documents, junk files).
- Browser cookies and other browser data.
Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored on OGW Studio servers in Istanbul.
- Data is retained for a maximum of 180 days.
- Data is transmitted via TLS and stored encrypted on servers.
- TuneUp only connects to required servers.
Data Deletion & Legal Requests
- All data is deleted within 30 days upon user request.
- Data may be shared in response to legal requests.
- Republic of Turkey laws apply.
Policy Changes
- Material changes are announced on the website and blog.
- Continued use means acceptance of the updated policy.
