TuneUP terms vary by platform store, licensing, and cleanup capabilities. Select your platform; shared terms for all services follow below.
TuneUP for iOS Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, and billing follow the country, currency, and payment terms of your Apple ID; TuneUP does not receive your card details.
Pro access may be validated through RevenueCat. Restoring purchases requires the Apple ID that made the purchase and the corresponding TuneUP account.
TuneUP presents candidates for reviewing photos, videos, contacts, email, and Drive items. You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming deletion, merging, unsubscribing, or any action that changes account content.
The recovery and trash rules of Apple Photos, Contacts, Google, or your mail provider apply. TuneUP cannot guarantee recovery of content permanently deleted by a provider.
A TuneUP account is required to purchase Pro. Mail and Drive connections are scoped to your account; you must not share your session or access credentials. You can revoke system and OAuth permissions from the relevant platform settings.
These terms form the agreement between you and OGW Studio Yazılım A.Ş. for the TuneUP website, account, and applications. By using the Service, you accept the applicable platform terms and these shared terms.
TuneUP is closed-source software. Reverse engineering, decompiling, bypassing license controls, unauthorized copying, distribution, rental, or resale is prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Abuse, excessive device sharing, fraud, harm to the Service, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination.
Eligible web-purchase refunds are reviewed under our Refund Policy and consumer law. Apple's refund process applies to App Store purchases. Digital access is normally delivered after payment confirmation and may rarely take up to 24 hours.
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Uninterrupted operation, identical results on every device, or recovery of provider-permanently-deleted data is not guaranteed. OGW Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms when product, store, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced on this page or through appropriate account channels.
