This Agreement is a legal document between you and OGW Studio Yazılım A.Ş. regarding the use of the TuneUP Cleaner website and software (the "Service").

By accessing our Site and using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We don't like complex legalese, so we've kept things clear and transparent.

Copyright and Software License

TuneUP is a closed-source software. The Company exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in our technology, content, and intellectual property.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, copying, unauthorized distribution of our software, or unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Service

We provide our services on an "as is" basis. Our primary goal is to clean and optimize your system efficiently while fully respecting and protecting your privacy.

However, we cannot guarantee that the software will yield the same performance gains on every machine, fix hardware issues, or be uninterruptedly available.

Prohibited Uses

Using our services to harm or create risk to our business, reputation, or other users.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software to extract source code.
Cracking the software, bypassing license verification systems, or selling/renting our services without prior consent.

Termination of Access

Abusing your Pro license (e.g., sharing it publicly or using it on an excessive number of devices), attempting to crack the software, or violating these Terms may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will announce them transparently. Continuing to use the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Refunds

Eligible refund requests may be submitted to our support team within 14 days of purchase. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable consumer law and our published Refund Policy.

Product Delivery

Access to services is granted immediately after payment confirmation; rarely, it may take up to 24 hours depending on system load.

Product Support

All TuneUP applications are regularly updated. Legacy products will continue to receive critical security updates for one month after an official 'End of Support' announcement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGW Studio, its employees, or partners shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or damages arising from legal disputes).
