2. Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s buyer protection and applicable consumer laws.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated below.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You experience a technical issue that prevents the core functionality of the software from working as intended, and
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after successful activation.
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction without a technical fault.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Misunderstanding of product features clearly described on the website.

5. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, no charges will be applied until the trial period ends.

Once a paid subscription begins, the standard refund policy applies.

Refunds, when approved, are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
