Resetting or changing your password
Recover access with Forgot password, or change your password from your profile.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your account email. We send you a code.
- Enter the code and choose a new password.
After a reset, you're signed out of every device for safety; sign in again with the new password.
Change your password
Signed in already? Go to your profile, open Password, enter and confirm the new password, and save.
Signed up with Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook?
Keep signing in with that provider. Your password is managed by them.
No email arriving?
Check spam, and wait a minute before requesting another code.
