How to cancel your Windows subscription
Stop auto-renewal or cancel your TuneUP Pro subscription from your profile.
Cancel
- Sign in on the website and open your profile.
- Go to the Danger Zone.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancelling stops future billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for; your profile shows the expiry date and remaining time.
Turn off auto-renewal only
In Quick Settings, switch Auto-renewal off. Your plan then won't renew at the end of the current period.
Lifetime plans
Lifetime is a one-time payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
